The 9YDB-90 forage baler machine is an integrated agricultural equipment specially for silage feed processing. It completes a whole set of procedures including automatic feeding, high-density baling, film wrapping and finished bale discharging.

The machine can compact various straw and forage materials into solid round bales and fully wrap them with plastic film to achieve sealed anaerobic storage, which effectively preserves feed nutrients, prevents mildew and decay, reduces feed waste, and greatly improves the efficiency of forage storage and transportation. It is widely applied to process fresh grass, corn stalks, alfalfa, wheat straw, rice straw and other fibrous forage raw materials for livestock breeding.

This machine features outstanding working performance with reliable parameters. Its finished bale size reaches 90×90 cm, with a production capacity of 55 to 60 bales per hour. Each formed bale weighs 300 to 500 kilograms. The large-weight and large-size round bales are convenient for stacking, field storage and long-distance transportation, which perfectly meets the large-scale feed reserve demands of pastures and breeding farms, and remarkably cuts down manual labor cost in daily forage processing work.

  • Large-capacity Feeding Hopper System
    • The machine features a large open-type rear feeding bin with a width ≥170 cm, height ≥120 cm, and volume ≥3.5 m³. It includes a wide inlet (≥900 mm) for efficient bulk material feeding, along with a stable internal conveying structure for smooth material flow.
  • Main Baling Compaction Host Body
    • The central heavy-duty main chamber is the core of the machine, equipped with ≥28 compaction rollers to compress and form dense 90 × 90 cm round bales. The machine features a robust frame with a total weight ≥4200 kg, powered by 39 kW (main motor ≤31.5 kW), operating at 950 r/min for stable performance.
  • Dual-Arm Automatic Film Wrapping Mechanism
    • The front yellow mechanical frame part of the equipment, equipped with 2 independent wrapping arms. It has double reels for 50cm special silage hay film, with a film frame turning radius of 1180(±5)mm. This structure can carry out full-surface, multi-layer uniform film sealing wrapping on the formed round bales.
  • Conveying & Auxiliary Transmission Structure
    • Equipped with 3 pieces of 150mm-width pallet conveyor belts, which realize stable automatic transmission of materials from the hopper to the compaction chamber, and finished bale conveying from the host to the wrapping station.
  • Material Recovery System
    • Built-in integrated leakage recovery device and scraper recovery mechanism, which collect scattered overflowed forage during baling and wrapping operation, reduce raw material waste, and optimize overall utilization rate of feed materials.

  • Mobile Trailing Chassis & Support Legs
    • The whole machine is mounted on a heavy-duty wheeled mobile traction chassis, with adjustable mechanical support legs on both sides. It can achieve on-site fixed operation and mobile transfer between farmlands, meeting flexible operation needs in pasture and field scenarios.
  • Electric Control & Operation System
    • Independent external waterproof electric control cabinet installed on the side of the main body, which integrates automatic program control of the whole process of feeding, baling, wrapping and bale discharging, realizing fully automatic continuous operation.
  • Overall External Frame Structure
    • The whole machine has an overall external dimension of ≥8100*2400*3100mm (Length×Width×Height). The main body adopts high-strength integrated steel structure, with anti-corrosion painted shell, which is durable and adaptive to harsh outdoor agricultural working environment.

How does the forage baler machine work?

  • Firstly, raw forage materials are fed into the machine through the spacious feeding inlet and large-capacity hopper.
  • Inside the main machine chamber, multiple built-in compaction rollers continuously extrude and compress the incoming raw materials to form firm, well-shaped round bales.
  • Afterwards, the dual wrapping mechanism evenly coats the formed bales with special silage packaging film to complete fully sealed anaerobic preservation.
  • Once the full film wrapping procedure is completed, the equipment automatically releases the fully processed finished bales.
