Working process of hay baler machine

The hay baler machine is powered by the tractor’s power output shaft, which is connected to the baler’s input shaft through a universal drive shaft and gearbox. The baler’s picking mechanism collects the straw, feeding it into the baling chamber.

As the baling drum rotates, the straw forms tightly packed round bales. When the bale reaches the desired density, the tying process is initiated automatically. After tying, the rear frame opens, ejecting the bale.

Once the bale is ejected, the rear frame closes, completing one cycle. The tractor continues forward, and the picking mechanism starts the next cycle.
